1. Purpose of the Service 1. 服務目的
PapaGuǎn is a parent-control and offline caching solution designed to help families manage child media access. It is intended for parent-approved access to lawful content only. PapaGuǎn 是一套家長控管與離線快取方案，用於協助家庭管理孩子的媒體存取。其用途僅限於家長審核後的合法內容存取。
2. Lawful and Authorized Use Only 2. 僅限合法與授權使用
You may only use PapaGuǎn with content that is public-domain, non-copyrighted, or content for which you have explicit legal permission or rights to access and cache. 您僅可使用公有領域、無著作權內容，或已明確取得合法授權/權利可進行存取與快取之內容。
- Do not use PapaGuǎn to infringe copyrights or other intellectual property rights. 不得使用 PapaGuǎn 侵害著作權或其他智慧財產權。
- Do not use PapaGuǎn to bypass license terms, paywalls, or access restrictions. 不得使用 PapaGuǎn 規避授權條款、付費牆或存取限制。
- Do not redistribute, re-upload, or commercially exploit content unless legally permitted. 除非法律允許，不得轉散布、重新上傳或進行商業利用。
3. Parent Responsibility 3. 家長責任
The parent or guardian account holder is responsible for: 家長或監護人帳號持有人應負責：
- Approving content and confirming authorization to access/cache that content. 審核內容，並確認該內容具備合法存取/快取授權。
- Setting and maintaining household usage boundaries. 設定並維持家庭使用界線與規範。
- Complying with applicable copyright and platform terms. 遵守適用之著作權法規與平台條款。
4. Acceptable Use Policy 4. 可接受使用政策
You agree not to misuse PapaGuǎn. Prohibited actions include abuse, automation for unauthorized scraping, security circumvention, or any use that violates law or third-party terms. 您同意不濫用 PapaGuǎn。禁止行為包括濫用、以自動化進行未授權擷取、規避安全機制，或任何違反法律及第三方條款之使用方式。
5. Platform Controls and Compatibility 5. 平台監護工具與相容性
PapaGuǎn may be used together with built-in parental control tools (for example, Google Family Link and Apple Family/Screen Time). These tools are complementary safeguards and do not replace your legal obligation to use authorized content only. PapaGuǎn 可與系統內建家長監護工具（例如 Google Family Link 與 Apple Family/Screen Time）併用。這些工具僅為輔助保障，不能取代您僅使用授權內容之法律義務。
6. Responsibility and Indemnification 6. 責任承擔與補償
PapaGuǎn does not represent that it can actively monitor, detect, or enforce every instance of misuse. The parent or guardian account holder is solely responsible for ensuring that any content made available to a child is lawful and authorized. PapaGuǎn 不聲明可主動監控、偵測或執行每一項不當使用行為。家長或監護人帳號持有人應單獨承擔責任，確保提供給孩子之內容均為合法且已授權。
To the extent permitted by law, if your unlawful or unauthorized content access, caching, sharing, or use causes claims, damages, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees), you are solely responsible for those consequences. 在法律允許範圍內，若您違法或未授權的內容存取、快取、分享或使用導致主張、損害、損失或費用（含合理律師費），相關後果由您單獨承擔。

PapaGuǎn provides tooling for parental approval workflows and offline cached access. We do not grant copyright licenses, and users remain solely responsible for lawful content access and use. PapaGuǎn 提供家長審核流程與離線快取存取工具。我們不提供任何著作權授權，使用者仍應自行承擔合法內容存取與使用之責任。
